Grace Ashcroft Lady Phantasma Mod Details
This mod reimagines Grace with a gothic phantom aesthetic – black lace, sheer panels, a domino mask, and that signature top hat with a dark rose.
The silhouette hits that masquerade-thief vibe perfectly.

Installation Steps:
Mod setup is straightforward:
1. Make sure you have installed the Fluffy Mod Manager application on your PC.
2. Go to the mod download page using the link above.
3. Download the Lady Phantasma mod zip file.
4. Drop the downloaded zip into Fluffy Mod Manager directly.
5. Enable it under the Grace category and you’re all set.
What the outfit looks like
The core look starts with a corset – black lace with sheer mesh panels and dangling silver chains. High black choker with a blue gem pendant. Long lace gloves with floral cuffs.
Exciting design, indeed!
Then there’s the skirt. Asymmetrical layers – short ruffled peplum on one side, long sheer lace underskirt on the other. Lace stockings with diamond patterns at the top.
The whole thing moves between dark elegance and something more dangerous.
The accessories seal it. Miniature black top hat with a dark rose and feathers. Domino mask with wing-like cutouts. Feathered shoulder piece on one side.
Pearls draped down the chest. It all reads phantom thief – mysterious, refined, a little menacing.
My Thoughts About the Mod
This one’s genuinely one of a kind. Elegant and hot at the same time – that’s a hard balance to hit, and this mod pulls it off.
I’ve played with a lot of Grace Ashcroft mods, but design-wise? This one stands out.
I ran this with the Grace over Leon mod, and wow. She looks absolutely phenomenal. If you’re streaming RE Requiem live and want something that pops on camera, this is the one. Your audience will notice it immediately.
It’s not just another outfit swap. It’s a full character vibe. That’s why I’d recommend installing this if you want Grace to feel like she just walked out of a masquerade ball – before everything went sideways, of course.
