There’s no shortage of Grace ashcroft mods in Resident Evil Requiem. But the Lady Phantasma mod transforms her into something out of a gothic masquerade ball.
It’s elegant, it’s dark, and honestly – it just works.
Grace Ashcroft Lady Phantasma Mod Details
This mod reimagines Grace with a gothic phantom aesthetic – black lace, sheer panels, a domino mask, and that signature top hat with a blue feather and a metallic rosette.
The silhouette hits that masquerade-thief vibe perfectly.
I showed this one off in a video during my RE Requiem mod showcase. You can watch it here:
You can download it from Nexus Mods here:

What the outfit looks like
The core look starts with a corset – black lace with sheer mesh panels and dangling silver chains. High black choker with a blue gem pendant. Long lace gloves with floral cuffs.
Exciting design, indeed!
Then there’s the skirt. Asymmetrical layers – short ruffled peplum on one side, long sheer lace underskirt on the other. Lace stockings with diamond patterns at the top.
The whole thing moves between dark elegance and something more dangerous.
The accessories seal it. Miniature black top hat with a blue feather and a metallic rosette. Domino mask with wing-like cutouts. Feathered shoulder piece on one side.
Pearls draped down the chest. It all reads phantom thief – mysterious, refined, a little menacing.
My Thoughts About the Mod
This one’s genuinely one of a kind. Elegant and hot at the same time – that’s a hard balance to hit, and this mod pulls it off.
I’ve played with a lot of Grace Ashcroft mods, but design-wise? This one stands out.
I ran this with the Grace over Leon mod, and wow. She looks absolutely phenomenal. If you’re streaming RE Requiem live and want something that pops on camera, this is the one. Your audience will notice it immediately.
It’s not just another outfit swap. It’s a full character vibe. That’s why I’d recommend installing this if you want Grace to feel like she just walked out of a masquerade ball – before everything went sideways, of course.
If you’re into gothic-fantasy looks or just want something different from the usual tactical or casual Grace mods, this one’s worth grabbing.

The Gamer Take
Put this outfit on and the whole mood changes. Grace stops feeling like a tired investigator and starts feeling like a masked thief slipping through a haunted masquerade.
The screenshots sell it: one shot has her at a cluttered desk in a shadowy office while the Code Six alarm shouts through the subtitles, and a clean studio pose shows every lace layer. The mask and the small hat turn an ordinary hallway into a stealth-mission vibe.
Best for: stealth-heavy sessions, streams, and anyone who wants a gothic look to match a horror-lit game.
